Application
1.Ethylene brassylate is used in baked goods, frozen dairy products, soft candy, gelatin and pudding, alcohol-free beverages, etc.
2.Ethylene brassylate can be used to mix vanilla, cinnamon, cherry, tropical fruit and other flavors of edible essence.
3.Ethylene brassylate has a strong fragrance fixing effect and good diffusivity. It is widely used as a blending spice, used in the preparation of daily chemicals and cosmetics such as cologne perfume, cosmetics, shampoo, detergent, etc., as well as as a fragrance fixing agent and synergist for hawthorn flower fragrance.
